RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Kanha Royal Boutique. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
We offer 2 days return
The product is in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
The product must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and documentation intact.
You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or Made-to-Order Items: Any apparel or items that were customized, altered, or tailor-made to your specific measurements or requirements.
Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or marked as "Final Sale" (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
2. EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, please contact us immediately at kanharoyalboutique@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, We will initiate a refund.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great pride in our quality control, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 of receiving your package.
To expedite your request, please email us at kanharoyalboutique@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the defect or damage.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email our customer support team at kanharoyalboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your package.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days.
6. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order within 1 day of placing it, provided the item has not yet been dispatched or put into production (for custom boutique orders).
Once an item has been shipped or custom production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
