SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kanha Royal Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business days.


For Custom/Boutique Orders: Tailor-made, customized, or made-to-order items require additional production time. Custom orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 7-14 business days.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.  


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (kanharoyalboutique@gmail.com).  


2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend heavily on your location and the shipping method selected:


Standard Delivery : Estimated 5-7 business days.


Express Delivery (if available): Estimated 2-4 business days.


Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier partner disruptions.


3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this link to monitor the journey of your package.




4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Kanha Royal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at kanharoyalboutique@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


6. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

Kanha Royal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the fault lies entirely with the carrier. However, we value our customers and want to make it right.


If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photographs/videos, and contact us at kanharoyalboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can help file a claim and resolve the issue.
